A small-ish project to start with - A very dilapidated townhouse in Hertford, Hertfordshire. The project did end up requiring a full refurbishment including; windows, front weather-boarding, garden landscaping, electrics, heating system, kitchens, bathrooms and some internal layout changes.
Our First Project
Moving On To Bigger Projects for No.2!
This project was a large, Georgian townhouse in Worthing on the South coast. It is Grade II listed and required change of use. We transformed it into a luxurious coastal home over 5 floors.

The main living room had very ornate plaster work to the ceiling and beautiful floorboards as well as a full wall of curved windows to the front aspect.

Ground floor had two reception rooms connected by large double doors and many of the rooms had original window shutters we exposed.
(Above) The beautiful, bespoke kitchen we installed became the lovely hub of the home as it had a large opening to the most ornate and largest living area, on the first floor. ^^
(Above and below)Two fully fitted new bathrooms, two WC and two utility areas accompany the living and bedroom areas. We retained the lower ground floor area to accommodate many uses, our suggestions were playroom and cinema room. There were also some curved-ceiling storage areas that ran under the pavement outside.
The outside space, though small, and initially difficult to imagine an area you might spend time in, is dramatically changed by a fresh coat of paint, some nice furniture and green plants.
The tricky third project!
Grade II Listed, Change of Use, many difficulties to overcome!
Bought as an office, we acquired change of use and converted to a three-storey, four bedroom, two bathroom, family home. We had to raise the ceiling on the top floor to give a few inches of head height, install a sprinkler system throughout, and work out how to get a bathroom on the first floor with a very difficult pipe layout! Eventually it came to fruition.
